Parfait Positive: C’est vraiment bien. La maison est grande et propre. Toutes les chambres ont leur salle de bain. Il y a suffisamment de parking. La maison est en face du Windsor où on retrouve la piscine et jeux d’eau. Il y a une piscine privée également. Les hôtes répondent rapidement. Negative: Rien. Pour être parfait il nous aurait manqué un BBQ. Mais la cuisine est bien équipée :)

10 out of 10 we will be coming here again and can’t recommend this location enough. We had an amazing week stay at Kimberlee and Benjamin's "Tiki Peter Pan Mermaid Aladdin" location. Everything about the house was exactly as it was described. We especially liked that they had everything for our little guy like a high chair, stroller, plates, bowls, utensils and even had a pack-n-play if needed. We loved the club house amenities, and all the employees there were very nice and helpful. Oh, and we can’t forget about the Pacman arcade game in the house! The location was perfectly convenient to everything, only took us about 20-25 minutes to get to MK/Disney Springs and about 35 to get to Gatorland. Publix is less than half mile away and so easy to get too. I could keep going but lastly, I want to mention how great the communication was with Kimberlee and Benjamin. Before we even confirmed our stay with them, they took their time to answer any question and this continued all the way to check-out and let’s be honest most places stop talking once they get the confirmed booking but not with Kimberlee and Benjamin. If we could give more than 5 Stars we would!

The hosts of this property are so accommodating and answered many questions before we arrived. They went above and beyond. The home was exceptionally clean! Sometimes traveling with my mom I expect the white glove test, she commented on how lovely the place was immediately. The rooms are so nice, the master is giant! Everyone had their own space, the kitchen had all we needed to feel at home. The pool was great for evenings when the little one was in bed. I felt extremely safe and secure. The resort pool and lazy river were also fabulous! The only negative to this experience is that I have to build up more vacation time before I come back! We will 100% be staying here again. The tiki room was my favorite !

We have stayed in numerous places in Orlando and this was by far our favourite. Communication with the host was always very quick and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Some furnishings were actually brought from the Walt Disney resorts. There are plaques on the wall that will detail that for you. The beds and linens are amazing and the blackout curtains helped everyone sleep in a little longer. The hosts have thought of everything. Soaps, shampoo, conditioners, makeup wipes and plenty of super absorbent towels. I have also never seen a kitchen in a vacation rental so well stocked. Everything we needed was there. The pool was very clean and the temperature was perfect. They even provided some pool toys which was a nice touch. The outdoor furniture was nicely done from the loungers to the outdoor dining area. I find a lot of places just put cheap, uncomfortable furniture outside but this was not the case here. Although we didn’t use the resort facilities, we did take a walk around to check it out. It’s like a water park. The pool has daybeds and cabanas. There is an outdoor grille serving just about everything. The lazy River is a great choice and the water slides looked like so much fun.
