5/4 Tiki Peter Pan Mermaid Aladdin Epcot By Disney

WORSE VACATION EVER! Positive: I loved the art work and decor, thats it! Negative: There's alot I didnt like, First I will start with the parking is horrible, there's no designated spots for the houses so the entire time people parked right infront of our house and we had to park else where. Second, checkin is at 4, but they refrain to tell you that how they handle the gate process, they have you sitting there for an hour before you can even checkin so if you book here come an hour earlier. Third theres two "waterfalls" in the lazy river, one is a beautiful water fall, the other is a nasty Crack on the bridge that goes over your head as you float on the lazy river and it smells like mold as it falls on you. Its nice that the lazy river provides its own tubes, but most of them were either deflated or smelled moldy as well. Fourth, I booked for Saturday, Sunday, Monday... they state in the handbook they clean the pools on Saturday, the day I came. The pool was green the whole time we were there, and it was so low in water that we had to fill it the first day being there, right after a pool guy was supposedly there. The one day our kids did enjoy the pool they grabbed toys out of the pool toy bin and there was a boogieboard and they got on it and it had a hole in it and the white stuff coming out was covering them and filled the pool with these white balls, and we cleaned it up with no complaint and just asked if they wanted us to throw it away,in which they replied yes. Fifth, Customer service from the cleaning lady and the owners themselves is horrible. I asked for a late checkout, it was granted, we are now suppose to leave at 11, the cleaning lady opened my door at 11 on the dot and as my children were all standing there because we were getting ready to walk out I was just upstairs grabbing my last bag, this lady then proceeds to tell my children checkout was 10 and its 11 and we need to leave. MY CHILDREN!

The house was very clean, and exactly as shown on the pictures, there were necessities at the home that made things much easier when we arrived ( toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt / pepper ect).There were a lot of baby items in the home as well which is so helpful when traveling with young kids. They also had plastic plates, cups and utensil which is also great for around the pool area.The beds were very comfortable in each room, the little games area had an xbox, each room had a large tv. The themed bedrooms and home decor was lovely.The hosts were always very quick to answer any questions I had before our stay, they were both very kind and informative.The area was quiet and it was walking distance to the resort.I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again :)

Parfait Positive: C’est vraiment bien. La maison est grande et propre. Toutes les chambres ont leur salle de bain. Il y a suffisamment de parking. La maison est en face du Windsor où on retrouve la piscine et jeux d’eau. Il y a une piscine privée également. Les hôtes répondent rapidement. Negative: Rien. Pour être parfait il nous aurait manqué un BBQ. Mais la cuisine est bien équipée :)
